ahh99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ahh99 platform available at ahh99.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ahh99 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ahh99 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ahh99 (the "Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of ahh99.vip, a platform regulated under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

To register and use the ahh99 Platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in real-money gaming activities on ahh99.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the ahh99 Platform.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from ahh99 or any associated gaming platform, or excluded pursuant to a regulatory directive.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a corporation, or any other legal entity when registering a personal player account.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ahh99 or any of its affiliated software providers or game studios.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ahh99 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your ahh99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ahh99 login credentials (username, password, OTP codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ahh99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ahh99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. ahh99 may require you to change your password or take additional security measures at any time.

ahh99 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ahh99 wallet are available for gaming immediately upon confirmation. ahh99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. You agree to use only payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. ahh99 targets withdrawal processing within ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. ahh99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

Anti-Money Laundering: ahh99 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). We may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide required documentation may result in account suspension and reporting obligations to relevant authorities.

ahh99 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bonus conversion limits, and expiry periods.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, as specified in individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: ahh99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of game outcomes.

Promotional Changes: ahh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have a reasonable period to fulfil the relevant wagering requirements before expiry.

All games available on the ahh99 Platform operate according to the specific rules published for each game. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

All RNG-based games on ahh99 use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited and verified for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) operated by trained professional dealers in certified studios.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection, ahh99 shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, bets placed on the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.

Game Results: The game result recorded on ahh99's server shall be the definitive and binding result. Where a result displayed on your device differs from the server record due to a technical issue, the server record shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh99 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating more than one account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without first reporting them to ahh99
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the proceeds of illegal activity
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or ahh99's operations

ahh99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and is opposed to problem gambling in all forms. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with automatic logout.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ahh99 Platform without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, or data loss.

ahh99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ahh99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.

ahh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and any ongoing investigations.

You may close your ahh99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not cancel any pending transactions or obligations outstanding at the time of closure.

ahh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ahh99 Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ahh99, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR as the relevant gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
